CERVO is also setting new culinary accents in summer 2025:

Ferdinand - open in summer for the first time
From 6 June 2025, the popular Swiss restaurant Ferdinand will also be opening its doors in the warmer months for the first time. Five days a week from 18:00 to 22:00, guests can expect a refined reinterpretation of Valais cuisine. From creamy fondue to savoury raclette - at ‘Ferdi’, only the best is served, and all of it comes from Switzerland, preferably directly from the Valais. Here, regionality meets modern design and warm hospitality.

Bazaar - Cocktail Lounge Bar 
The Bazaar, the lively centrepiece of the resort, will be transformed into a stylish cocktail lounge bar this summer. Accompanied by oriental-inspired snacks, sunsets can be enjoyed here in a relaxed atmosphere - until 23:30. 

Madre Nostra - Italian cuisine
And if you fancy Italian cuisine with a view, you'll find what you're looking for on what is probably Zermatt's most beautiful terrace. The in-house Italian restaurant presents a new summer menu.

Beyond Exploring: a new adventure every day

The Beyond Exploring programme is the heart of the CERVO summer. Whether you crave active movement, mindful relaxation or communal experiences - the programme offers a wide range of experiences every day:
