You can also enjoy the magic of winter in Zermatt beyond the ski slopes: dog sledding, ice skating, tobogganing, cross-country skiing and a large network of winter hiking trails offer activities for everyone.

Another excursion destination that is worth a visit at any time of year: the Gornergrat is also a destination for inexperienced mountaineers: the viewing platform offers a breathtaking view of the Matterhorn and the entire mountain world. It can be reached on foot or with the Gornergrat railway, which is only 10 minutes away from CERVO.
