Culinary Pleasure
In Town

Our favorite restaurants are obviously the ones at CERVO. Nevertheless we have to admit that Zermatt has to offer some other really great restaurants and we want to share our favorites with you.

Brasserie Uno

Are you looking for something different in Zermatt? The Brasserie Uno offers creative cooking, fresh flavours and an exciting blackboard menu of innovative dishes that change daily. Regional and seasonal when possible and always high-quality ingredients. Even vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are available. And maybe the most exciting part: their popular Tasting Menu - you get a set menu, by choice with wine pairing. Brasserie Uno is awarded 1 Michelin star, 1 Michelin Green Star for sustainable gastronomy and 14 Gault Millau points. Reservation required. Reservations essential.

At Manud they want you to know how carefully and consciously they choose their products. They like to use locally sourced, seasonal products whenever possible. Their style changes with the seasons but their kitchen always hosts extraordinary chefs. At regular food events, you will discover new cultures and their cuisines. Once the big table in the middle of the restaurant disappears it’s time for a concert! Manud brings people together to enjoy art, music and culture. Events are regularly organized for your enjoyment, such as live music, pop-up kitchens and workshops.

Le Gitan

The restaurant Le Gitan Grill was built back in 1964 in Zermatt’s Bahnhofstrasse. It attracts locals and visitors evening after evening, who want to be spoiled with delicacies from the grill in a relaxed atmosphere. The open fire grill spreads a cosy warmth and your taste buds won’t be able to resist. The uniqueness of the hidden tables and corners in the restaurant and the arched ceiling will make you want to come back immediately.

Da Nico

The restaurant Vieux-Valais Da Nico is a very family friendly, light-hearted establishment. The whole team comes from Campania in Southern Italy. With a lot of heart and soul they strive for a pleasant and unforgettable stay. The team works with a lot of “amore e passione”. The kitchen offers classic Italian recipes as well as the dishes of the southern part of Italy. They want to spoil you with many freshly prepared dishes, homemade and “al dente” pasta, different meat variations as well as various fish specialties. The flour for the light, crispy pizzas comes from Napoli. The pizza is baked in a wood-fired pizza oven. Last but not least, a homemade “dolce” for the sweet tooth, accompanied by a racy espresso from Cilento and “tutto va benissimo”.
