Wild Fermentation


During the interactive fermentation workshop, you will be introduced to theart of fermentation and preservation. We explore 2 main areas: fruit and vegetables and fermented beverages. Learning different techniques that you can continue exploring and experimenting with at home. IN the end of the workshop, you get to take your own ferments home.

The workshops are hosted by a local herbalist, Fieke Mestdagh, founder of OUT. In the forest.
