RITM Journey is a mindful dance experience without talking, without phones and without alcohol — a safe space to move freely, as if you were alone in your living room, without judgment from outside or inside.
The session begins with a short warm-up, leads into an intense ecstatic dance to Tayphoon’s organic hybrid DJ set, and ends with a calming sound bath/closing circle for integration.
