Fermentation Workshop


A workshop at Restaurant Ferdinand. In the Wild Fermentation workshop you will be introduced to the art of fermentation and preservation. Don’t miss the chance to learn interesting facts about nature from Tonya Rosier.

Tonya Rosier is a passionate naturalist, mountaineer, hiker with a doctorate in womens’ and natural health. From Zanzibar to Zermatt and many places in-between, she’s led her own 20-year journey of yoga and meditation training and practice. She teaches all levels of students, with movement, breath and joy. Living an authentic alpine life, she has a deep connection with nature, natural healing practices, forest bathing and walking meditation. Summer and winter, her food passion is seasonal cooking, local alpine foods, cheese and herbs. She holds wild fermentations and alpine cuisine workshops.
