Aida will be at the Atman Mountain Spa from 1 to 18 November as a travelling yogi.
Aida Po began searching for a deeper understanding of being at an early age. After studying music and audiovisual art, her search for a connection to nature led her to yoga and bodywork. Today, she offers Hatha and Yin Yoga as well as Zen Shiatsu treatments that integrate elements of Thai massage. Her approach combines Indian yoga traditions with Chinese medicine and Taoism.
