The windows in the CERVO are very large and the Zermatt mountain air is very fresh in both winter and summer, so there is no air conditioning.
Please inform the reception in case of allergies. If you have a food allergy, we are happy to address your dietary requirements whenever possible. We are happy to equip your bed with synthetic linen (duvet and pillow) on request.
We would be happy to organize a babysitter for you, please inform the reception in good time. The hourly rate for a babysitter is around CHF 30.00.
Each room is equipped with bathrobes and slippers. If you would like to buy the bathrobe or slippers as a souvenir or gift, please ask the reception.

At our reception you have the possibility to rent bikes for one day. Please note that you should book your bike at least one day in advance to ensure that we can provide you with the model you require.

We also offer Ganzgüet e-bikes for testing. You can test these models for 30 to 60 minutes and then arrange a rental at Julen Sport if required.
As an additional offer, you will receive a 10% discount and from the 2nd day 15% on the standard prices for rental bikes at the BikeArena. At Julen Sport you also get 10% discount the bike rental.
In the bazaar you can enjoy our delicious breakfast from 7 am to 11.00 am.
We serve breakfast room service from 7.30 am to 11.00 am We ask you to order your breakfast room service the night before until 10 pm directly online.
The additonal charge for room service is CHF 20.00 per order.
Your room will be ready at 4 p.m. on the day of the arrival. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to deposit your luggage at the reception and spend the day in the village or on the mountain.
We ask you to vacate your room by 11 am on the day of the departure. If you would like a late departure or an extension, please contact reception in good time.
In the Nomad Lodge (VI) there is a self-secured climbing wall. Work out and test your muscles free of charge. Contact the reception (9000) or the spa reception (6000) for a reservation. 1h climbing by yourself for 2 people free of charge.

If you would like to make a copy, the reception will be happy to do this for you (CHF 0.50 per page).
There are cooking facilities in our suites. Cooking in the other rooms is prohibited for fire safety reasons. You are welcome to order from our room service menu.

Well behaved dogs are welcome everywhere with us. If your four legged friend is alone in the room, talk to the reception about when we can clean your room. For the additional cleaning of the room as well as the provided dog bed and water bowl we allow ourselves to charge CHF 30.00 per night.
Public paths for walks are located near the hotel. As part of the new Animal Welfare Ordinance of April 23, 2008, the municipality of Zermatt made it mandatory to wear a leash in the village.

Zermatt is known as an outdoor sports region. If you fancy some indoor activity anyway, there is a small gym in the Huntsman lodge. Please contact the reception to make a reservation.
iPods with headphones can be obtained at the spa reception during spa opening hours. The iPods are pre-installed with the “Headspace” app, which can be used to enjoy guided meditations. The spa team is happy to provide further details.
In the passage from the Lodge V to the Nomad Lodge (VI) you will find the Honesty Bar. There you will find various tasty snacks and drinks. With your mobile phone you can scan the QR codes and pay directly online. In case of any problems you can use the phone located there to contact the reception (9000).
Razor blades, shaving cream, toothbrushes and toothpaste as well as various other hygiene articles are available at the reception.
Would you like to mix a cool drink in your own room bar? You can order ice cubes in your room by calling the restaurant short code 8000 or you can go and get them yourselves at the ice machine in the entrance of the lodge 1, the honesty bar in the Nomad lodge (VI) or the gym in the Huntsman lodge (VII).
We would be happy to do the ironing for you. The list of applications for the ironing service can be found in the cupboard. Please contact the reception for this. We can also bring an iron to your room.
In the restaurants we offer our little guests a children’s menu with coloring materials and pens as well as high chairs.
A laundry list and a laundry bag is available in your room. Your laundry is washed at the CERVO lingerie in a maximum of 48 hours or express in 24 hours with a 50% surcharge. Please hand in your laundry at the reception before 9 am if you want it back on the same day.
If you would like to delay your journey home a little after the check out, we will gladly store your suitcases and bags. Please inform the reception. We are also happy to bring your luggage directly to the station if you tell us your departure time.

Photography lovers watch out! If you want to capture selected moments during your stay and make every shot something special, then our Polaroid cameras are just right for you! Immediately after the one-time snapshot, the photos are printed and can be viewed and kept or given away after a few minutes.

The Murmeli herbal ointments have been carefully handmade in Frutigen since 1992. The marmot ointments are purely natural. Artificially produced preservatives, fragrances or colourings have been completely dispensed with.

You can listen to the radio via the tablet in the room. You can connect the tablet to the speaker in your room via bluetooth.

The contents of the room safe are insured up to CHF 2’000. In addition our main safe (insured up to CHF 2’000) is available free of charge at the reception.
Only a few minutes away from Zermatt lies the village of Täsch with the small Schali lake. On its shore, the Schali Lago offers summer atmosphere with cool drinks, Mediterranean food and guaranteed beach feeling. There is also a wakeboard lift, a beach volleyball court and a playground for the little ones. Please note that Schali Lago is only open during the summer months.
So that you can go out with beautiful shiny shoes, you will find a “shoe shine sponge” in the large basket in the closet. If the traces of a long hike cannot be easily removed from your shoes, we will be happy to clean them for you free of charge. Please contact the reception for this.
Ski passes can be issued directly at reception. You can also buy your ski pass online and load it onto your Swisspass:
Leave your skis/snowboards overnight in the ski room in the marked ski rack and in the morning they will be back and top prepared. Inform the reception which service you wish:

The Sunnegga lift takes you from the CERVO directly down to the town. The lift has limited opening hours, but with your CERVO room key it can be used 24/7.
Each room is equipped with a Samsung tablet. The TV with all channels and other features can be found on this tablet. If you have any questions, the reception is always available.
Your room has central floor heating, which can be controlled via a regulator (small white or black box with a rotary switch). If you change the set temperature, it will take around 4 hours for the room temperature to adjust accordingly.
The TV is directly on the tablet. Start the tablet and click on TV, so you can watch your desired program flexibly anywhere.
Even in Zermatt it can rain sometimes, you will find an umbrella directly in your room in your wardrobe. If you would like to buy an umbrella, please contact the reception.

Various yoga and meditation sessions are held daily in the ritual room at the Ātman Mountain Spa at the CERVO Mountain Resort. Participation is free of charge but sometimes requires a registration via the spa reception (6000) or the reception (9000). You can find more information here.
