There is a lot to discover and you have limited time - good planning helps. Here you will find useful tips for your arrival and your stay in Zermatt.
The train goes directly to the car free Zermatt. The journey for drivers ends in Täsch, 5 km before Zermatt. Then you continue by train shuttle or taxi to the holiday paradise at the foot of the Matterhorn.

Your room will be ready at 4pm on the day of arrival. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to deposit your luggage at reception and spend the day in the village or on the ski slope. You are also welcome to visit the Ātman Mountain Spa already.
We ask you to vacate your room by 11am on the day of departure. If you would like a late departure or an extension, please contact reception in good time.
Book your ski or hiking pass directly in advance and benefit from the online discount and other promotions. Of course, you can also obtain your ski pass as usual at reception upon arrival.
Nothing beats good equipment under your feet. Choose your favorite skis and boards in advance and reserve them with our partner Julen Sport.
