Ida Lemvigh

Idas work focuses on helping others cultivate and access silence, connection, and body awareness to strengthen the felt experience of now. For more than 15 years she has experimented with forms of movement flow, from Tai Chi to improvisation, (even skiing) and ultimately yoga. She promotes wellbeing through raising awareness of the body’s autonomy (Embodiment).

During the sauna infusion and the steam ritual you will be taken on a journey through heat, cold water, scents from essential oils that can be access points to experience moments of what some traditions would describe as pure being and aliveness. It is time for your body to completely melt, soften and open up to what is.

If you choose to join one of the therapeutic yoga sessions it can be great to completely empty knowledge of previous practices and expectations of “goals”.
You will arrive in your body to allow the “prana” or “chi” (life force) to move. The classes will each day be inspired by an element of nature and brought into the practice in terms of postures, intensity, durability and dynamics.

You don’t need to have any previous experience (that might even be your advantage!).
